Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of b10.studio, a service operated by B-NOVAT LLC, a United States limited liability company (“b10.studio”, “we”, “us”), including our website and Telegram bots (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Your use is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use it. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. The Service

b10.studio provides tools to process media you supply — generating altered variants of images and videos, converting between formats, compressing files and extracting frames — through the website and Telegram bots. Some features are free; others require a paid plan. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

3. Accounts

You can use the free tools without an account. Signing in is done through Telegram Login; you are responsible for the security of your Telegram account and for all activity under your b10.studio account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Your content & acceptable use

You retain ownership of the files you upload and the outputs you generate (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and how you use the outputs. You represent and warrant that:

• you own or have all rights and permissions needed to upload and process Your Content;
• Your Content and your use of the outputs comply with all applicable laws and with the terms, policies and rules of any third-party platform on which you use them;
• you will not use the Service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, to create or distribute illegal content (including any sexual content involving minors), to impersonate others, to commit fraud, or for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

You are responsible for determining whether your intended use is permitted by any third party whose services you interact with. We do not endorse and are not responsible for how you use the outputs.

5. Plans, billing & refunds

• Paid plans unlock higher limits and additional features as described on our plans page.
• Card (Stripe) plans are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel; you can manage or cancel them through the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Crypto plans are time-boxed top-ups for a fixed number of months and do not auto-renew; paying again before expiry extends your period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change; changes apply to future charges.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties — including Telegram, Google (Drive), Apify, and our payment processors (Stripe, NOWPayments). Your use of those features is also subject to the respective third party’s terms, and we are not responsible for their services. The optional Google Drive integration is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service itself — including its software, design and branding — is owned by b10.studio and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or reverse-engineer the Service beyond what the law permits.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that processed files will achieve any particular result on any third-party platform, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that files will always be retained.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, b10.studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold b10.studio harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the outputs, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully or abusively. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, liability and indemnification) will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
